Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options for US orders:
- Standard shipping (5–8 business days)
- Expedited shipping (2–3 business days)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
International Shipping We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Please note:
- International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
- Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Packaging All prints are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery — flat prints are shipped in rigid mailers, and rolled prints are shipped in sturdy tubes. Original paintings are packaged with protective wrapping and shipped in double-walled boxes.
Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bethaliceart@gmail.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly
